Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands is the Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (RIEP) for the West Midlands, established to help the region's 38 authorities in their drive to increase efficiency and improve services. 

Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands provides specialist regional support in areas such as people & leadership development, performance improvement, LAA support, efficiency & procurement,  transformation, adult & children's services. There is also support for Fire and Rescue Authorities.
